Challenging issues are our specialty

The ability to solve problems quickly and creatively has become a key reason that our clients remain satisfied. Because of our proven track record in resolving complex issues, clients are confident in our ability to resolve any issue and constantly challenged us with issues that normally would not be undertaken. Clients rely upon our “can do” attitude which allows us to handle any issue with enthusiasm and determination to resolve it in favor of our client. Here are a couple examples of past success.

Billing

Billing issues can occur for several reasons. It could be related to enrollment problems or incorrect rates or even financial problems. If an employer falls behind in deleting terminated employees or not paying a bill in total, each month’s bill becomes more difficult to reconcile. Here are a few examples of billing issues that we were involved in.

Claims

Claims issues are always very complex and extremely time consuming to resolve. Without an advocate many claims never get processed correctly or at all. Often times employees find these unpaid claims being sent to collections. Because we have been so proactive in bringing outstanding claims issues to the for front, we were asked to speak at several carrier events on ways to improve claims processing procedures. If a claim is denied, it is either the responsibility of the member or provider to rebill the claim or provide further information. Here are a couple of examples of our dedication to resolving claims issues.

Enrollment

Enrollment issues are usually a daily occurrence. They are usually emergent issues to add new members or add members back on as a COBRA participant.
